On-call / substitute wanted for Peak 12 Hotel in Viborg – part of Bühlmann Hotels

We are currently looking for new colleagues as on-call / substitute staff for Viborg’s new design hotel, Peak 12 Hotel.

Peak 12 is a newly built design hotel with a strong focus on sustainability, modern hospitality, and guest experiences. The hotel features 155 rooms, a cocktail bar with international ambitions, a high-quality coffee bar, and a rooftop terrace offering the city’s best view.

We are looking for versatile and curious colleagues who are interested in being trained across multiple functions and taking shifts with varying responsibilities.
The position does not include fixed hours; however, the more functions you are trained in, the more shifts will be available.

The role – a modern “octopus”
After training, you will be able to take shifts within several areas:
Host / receptionist (hospitality, guest handling, and check-in)
Bartender (cocktails, coffee, and bar service)
Kitchen / waiter (in the future, for our restaurant)

Work tasks (depending on shift and training):
Hospitality and guest handling
Reception duties and reservations
Responding to emails, phone calls, and guest inquiries
Bar and coffee operations
Serving and kitchen-related tasks
Coordination of events and arrangements
Independent areas of responsibility
Various administrative tasks

We expect that you:
Are service-minded, positive, and detail-oriented
Thrive in a workday with varied tasks and responsibilities
Are flexible and reliable
Are able to maintain an overview – even during busy periods
Have a high level of Danish and English, both written and spoken
Are independent and take responsibility
(Experience from a hotel, bar, café, or restaurant is an advantage – but not a requirement)
