Chef at Pier 5

A chef is needed for Pier 5 Hotel in Aalborg - part of the Bühlmann Family

We are currently looking for a host with a strong profile and great ambitions for Aalborg's design hotel, Pier 5 Hotel.

Pier 5 Hotel has both business travelers, groups and holiday guests staying from all over Scandinavia, and has a very central location on the Aalborg harbor front with a beautiful view of the Limfjord.

If you are looking for the next step in your career and have ambitions for the future, you may be the one we are looking for.

You must be service-minded and detail-oriented, positive, and have a great drive to achieve the hotel's objectives for hospitality, service and experience designs. All this while being able to maintain perspective during busy periods and keep the biggest smile on your face as you represent the hotel and the entire Pier 5 team in the evening hours.

You will be part of the kitchen during the period at 15.00-23.00, Monday-Friday, and become part of a committed team with a good culture.

The job includes, among other things, the following areas of responsibility:

• Preparation and serving of the evening's a la carte menu 
• Other support for the kitchen's other products 
• Hosting and catering for hotel guests 
• Cleaning and washing dishes in the kitchen 
• Ordering goods and self-inspection
