Bar Flora at Peak 12 Hotel in Viborg is booming – and we need more hands!

Viborg offers a wealth of exciting experiences, and our newly built hotel with a special focus on sustainability is the perfect base. Peak 12 is the place where you can relax with friends and family – but it's also the place where you can enjoy a fantastic cocktail in a bar with international ambitions. The hotel has 155 rooms with luxurious facilities, modern, and minimalist decor. In addition to a superb cocktail bar, the hotel also has its own high-quality coffee bar and a rooftop terrace with the best view in town.

We are currently looking for bartenders for our urban cocktail bar, Bar Flora.

The positions will be part-time and hourly. Weekend work is to be expected.

As a bartender at the city's new hotel, you will be part of a cocktail concept with high standards. We have set the bar high from the start with innovative cocktails, and now things are moving quickly with events, innovation, and a busy bar full of guests – which is why we need passionate hands who are ready to learn and get to work! Previous experience as a bartender is not necessary, but a curious mind and a willingness to learn, along with an interest in taste and cocktails, is a must.

We maintain a high service level and therefore expect you to have a flair for providing authentic and personal service to our guests.

The job includes the following responsibilities:

- Preparing the bar
- Selling/up-selling cocktails
- Clearing and washing glasses
- General guest service
